OmniArch® PLUS - The Future of Orthodontics is Here

The OmniArch PLUS is the first complete prescription to be produced in DENTSPLY GAC’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Sarasota, FL. The brackets are metal injection molded, a manufacturing process that allows for incredibly intricate design elements to be reproduced with a high degree of accuracy. This means that all of the design elements and bracket programming are engineered to be as close to perfect as possible.

Catalog 14 Volume III - Metal Twin Brackets

MicroArch®   - A Quality Low-Profile Twin Bracket

With many of the same features as OmniArch, MicroArch has proven to be one of the most popular minibrackets in the world for both clinicians and patients. A leading solution in performance, comfort and strength, each bracket is milled from aerospace strength steel to avoid variations associated with casting and injection molding. To prevent electrolytic reactions, the base and bracket are brazed with a special gold alloy. To enhance patient comfort, the MicroArch has an exceptionally low profile and chamfered tie wings; while its SuperMesh® base means reliable bonding and debonding. The result is an aesthetic bracket that excels in both performance and reliability.

Ovation and MiniOvation Brackets - A True Straight Wire System

Ovation and MiniOvation are completely programmed, four dimensional brackets that combine Metal Injection Molding and Computer Numerator Controlled Milling (CNC). MIM allows the smaller design with greater strength and full compound contouring of the bases; while the CNC milling ensures a highly consistent and accurate slot.
